He's so composed, especially for an 18-year-old.
I'd also guess that after beating Nadal a couple of weeks ago in Montreal, even a No. 8 doesn't seem thaaaaat intimidating.
I love watching him but he has already moved past the point where I'm waiting for something bad to happen. He could go a long way in this tournament!
He reminds me of Elias Pettersson—both in appearance and demeanour. - Carol Schram
This kid looks like a star so calm under pressure. The last month he has looked like a world class player

Realistic is looking at the options and dealing with it. You are just going off in a tangent to say the team sucks.
The question came after you responded negatively to my post to supplant Sedins as 1st line. Nothing you have added addressed that. You ignore every relevant part of each of my posts to only state the team is bad.
Again read clearly. This is a loser team with two old and slow players as designated first liners. What's your solution to move on from them now. I put all my suggestions out which you didn't address. They were not, as you keep misreading or fail to acknowledge, to make the team into a contender now. But to supplant the Sedins and move on. #rebuild. - Nuck4U
this is wack
the sedins are getting replaced through the draft. thats it. whether that's bo and boes now, ep and dahlen in 2-3 years or whoever the hell else we pick in the next 2-3 years. |

I think he's already better than Roanic already, his game seems much more complete than Milos's and I think he's going to win a major tournament sooner than later. Raonic only has his big serve and return, take those away or limit him using them and he looks nowhere near a top 10 player in the world. Whereas Shapovalov has a more balanced game that can only get better as he gets more experience/coaching |

Well said Codes...finally.
And by the way, your post before this one, if you read back to the page you posted the post I'm referring to. Bo is not even a second line centre caliber player...yet. - Makita
81st in scoring for forwards
30 teams x 6 top 6 forwards = 180 players
30 teams x 3 1st line forwards = 90 players
i think he makes the cut |

Exactly....I don't understand what he's getting at? There isn't an immediate need to move on from them because there's no one ready to take on that role. When you're at the beginning of a rebuild you're certainly not trading valuable assets away for a quick fix so it essentially comes down to draft/develop and be patient. |

So, I rented a week ago a U-haul 15' truck to move tomorrow. They called me today and told me, they didn't have a truck for me. If I wanted one, I would have to drive to Winnipeg and pick it up.
I told them I couldn't do that. They said there is nothing they can do for me then. I told them to get someone to drive it to the place where you agreed to have the truck for me on my confirmed reservation.
Said they couldn't do it. Worst service i've ever seen in my life. I went to the place where I was supposed to pick it up because I know the owner. He said after 16 years of dealing with U-haul. He doesn't know how they are still in business, they have the worst customer service. He said he tried for 10 years to give them some tips to improve their service and nothing.
He had two friends that wanted two trucks for this week to take their kids stuff back to university. During the week two people came and took the trucks away. His friends had to drive 2 hours to Winnipeg and 2 hours back for the trucks. No discount, nothing.
Of course I posted it on my FB as a good person would do. I instantly got about 15 of the same stories from friends.
I honestly wish U-haul would go under. |

Yeah i'm not sure that's the lesson. I think the lesson would be to not use U-haul at all. If you book a truck, well it should be there or they shouldn't be booking you a truck. |

If you don't post dive I layed it out for you in a 3 post parter. That post was only a rebut to Codes going off tangent. Just go back a few pages it will be clear.
Short version. Those posts lay out how to marginalize Sedins this season so they are not extended. Short steps to moving on for rebuild. Develop the new players who will lead the team. There is no trading valuable assets away in the suggested plan. |

So I'll put you in the extend the Sedins column. How long you say, 2/3 years more on spending cap on them and they filling the roster with old and slow.
