The thing about coaching is that when you know your team struggles to score, turning a 2-1 deficit into a 3-1 deficit is HUGE. Guys get deployed sometimes because you'd rather keep the score where it is then fall into a bigger hole.
As a fan, it's very boring. However, he's wired to try and win games as he should be.
As for the minor mistakes, we don't know how they've been instructed pre-game. If it happens that's the little thing that you've tried to coach up for a day or two and they still don't get it? It's not so minor anymore. - golfingsince
I see your point but I think all fans and management would rather see us lose 6-4 at this point than 2-1. Stop spitting out AHL plugs out on the top line and let's see some offense. Anyways, enough willie talk for me. I think he is an awful coach but he is gone in a few weeks anyways so it's all good. |

The BIG OWE was located in a stupid place that only Quebec can answer for.

1994 that was I think...right? They were gonna win it all - LeftCoaster
Yup.
I used to watch more baseball than any other sport, absolutely loved it. I've been supporting the Cubs since the Expos moved, watched a bit last year but it's not the same. |

The Hawk threw a ball up to me in the stands in between a double-header in MTL. Everyone was screaming for the ball, I tapped my glove and held it out. He pointed at me and tossed it up. Some dude offered me $80 for the ball on the spot, I was 12 and said no. |

The Expos invented what a true closer was to become.
Nobody did it as early or better or longer to this day. |
