Didn't watch the game last night but it really feels like a kick to a boys. Was it as bad as the score shows? |

Tough game last night. Not sure if the playoff drive is wearing them down but the Flyers looked mentally tired last night. |

That Leafs lineup is the worst NHL lineup I've ever seen. |

Could be the fact that they have played 14 games in 9 nights. |

Meanwhile some of them haven't played in weeks, but smart lineup changes are something Hakstol has yet to figure out. Even when he has the excuse of a terrible loss to Pittsburgh and a head injury to get guys like Laughton and Medvedev back in the lineup, he refused. |

The only player on this team who can get a pass for fatigue imo, is steve mason. If they were tired last night what is tonight gonna be? |

I would make a few lineup changes for tonight's game. AMac did not look good even for him last night, and I'm pretty sure he's feeling some lingering effects from the hit in the Pens game. So change #1 would be subbing Medvedev for him. My D pairs would be:
Schultz-Streit
Medvedev-Gudas
Manning-Ghost
Up front, I'd sit Read who seems to be really struggling and get Laughton, and his fresh 21 year old legs, into the game. I'd also tweak the lines a bit and go with:
Schenn-G-Jake
Raffl-Coots-Simmonds
Laughton-Cousins-Gagner
the usual 4th
Thoughts? |

I hope Mason isn't too down about last night. Short term memory. Forget it and stone the Maple Queefs. |

I agree with everything you have here. Think Jake and G need to be put together to try to get more going. I also would like to see Simmonds and Cousins on a line together. Happy with the line up here, just don't want to see a line of G Vandevelde Gagner like Haks tried last night at one point. |

I'm a bit worried about Giroux when it comes to fatigue. He played over 22.5 minutes last night, he's not the biggest guy in the world, and he's taken some nasty hits over the last few weeks. Hopefully he can step up tonight, but his tank has to be running low.

Definitely agree with inserting Medvedev. I think my biggest peeve is Voracek right now. I agree with you and put up with G and hope he recaptures his scoring ways |
