There is a time for winning and a time to be thinking about drafting. Picking 16th and getting pounded in the first round is not something we should be thinking about right now. - LordHumungous
Anything can happen.
Best case scenerio for the playoffs dreamers.
Trauma plays like a 2011 Chara, Edler and Sutter come back in the first round after we go on an amazing 10 -2- 2 run to make the dance. Miller channels his own 2011 and wins the heart. Sutter scores the game winning goal as we sweep the Panthers in 4 games due to an opposing goalies choke job.
Worst case for a draftist. We go 10-2-2 and miss the playoffs by one point. Draft 14 ov . Rinse repeat in 2016/17.
Hate to disappoint everyone but. ... odds are better that we go 8-6 down the stretch and draft 10th then off us going 4-10 and drafting 5th. |

I know his name is Beiber and I think he has a song called Baby Baby ? After that I can only say he is Cananda's version of Kim Kardashian - VANTEL
Not a fair comparo - after all Kimmy is completely talentless and her start was via a sex tape with a 3rd string rapper.
There's no sex tape in Bieber's start. |

Would you be at all surprised if Higgins was on the roster (NHL) next season with a full summer of rehab / conditioning etc? - 1970vintage

Theo also led all Flames players in that preseason scoring a few years back on that tryout...then they cut him... - LordHumungous
I was actually kinda disappointed when they didn't at least keep him to start the season but they had an agreement that if he wasn't going to be in their top 6 then it wasn't happening |

To each their own, I'm like Marwood and Thunda, I will always cheer for the win, and if they loose, I'm not going to through a hissy fit. Drafting position will be determined at the end of the season, so no intentional tanking.
And no one in their right mind would think playoffs are a reality |

I am still trying to comprehend how he managed to average nearly 8PIM per game. Did he go all Happy Gilmour and try to stab someone with his skate?? |

Anyone notice the entire D seems to be executing better recently? Think it's a big reason we've had some wins. Appears from watching play there is more of a plan installed D wise. Much less time taken to clear the zone. Less confused looks on the D. Yet 3 of the 6 are Weber, Bart and biega. Clearly somethings been adjusted |

It's baffling. Miller can't make a save for the past two months in the third period to save his own life but he makes a game saving stop in the third period on Sat.
Now it's...oh...if we beat COL twice and they and Minny go .500 and we go 11-4 we got a shot at the wildcard with two games in hand blah blah blah blah I can hear it now if we beat WPG tonight...lol.
Unreal.
Let's go #tanknation!!!!

Thats why they play the game. Anyone thinking pros in general mail it in don't know sports or they never were competitive or successful in any sport on any level.
Yes UFA vets play for their next contract n kids play for a bigger role.
Much goes on for teams on the outside looking in n much can be taken from this last 15 game run. Character n pride will rise n the IDGAF players also will as well. |
