Who should get you a later first for sure.

No doubt a dman trajectory is harder to forecast but if you're in the top 5 and can get an Ekblad or a Doughty or Seth Jones or Morgan Rielly or Niedermayer or Pronger you make that pick over a nugget-Hopkins etc....franchise dman are hard to come by and if he's staring you in the face, you pick him......

Just my 2 cents, but you can't replace solid scouting to steal later round guys like Keith or Seabrook or Weber or Subban....

Drafting top 10 you're looking for a top line guy. I don't know how many of those guys project to be top line. Virtanen and Boeser could be top line guys on right side.
Maybe MCCann shifts to wing, but don't see Horvat moving.

The next two weeks are huge. If we go 1-4 (win being against Leafs) then we are set. Next 6 we could easily got 1-5.
