Agreed with the post above me, Though I would prefer Edler over Hammer. Hutton and Tanev would make a great top 2. |

I could be down for that, Though not until TDL. Prices are higher then. Or ship Edler to Boston now for a high price. They need defense like crazy. Provided he waives ofc. |

My thoughts on yesterday...Edler sucks how anyone would rather retain his services over Hamhuis is beyond me. The man can't get out of his own zone, continually turns the puck over, has on several occasions used that drop pass on a power play to totally take momentum away... even Weber looks better.
Higgins scores again...poop, hey stats guys, 2 games he scores 2 games they lose, small sample size, but there's a trend brewing... |

Edler to Detroit for Larkin.
Hamhuis to Anaheim for Ritchie.
Lose lots this year, win the lottery. Draft Matthews.
Larkin McCann Virtanen
Ritchie Matthews Boeser
Shinkaruk Horvat Cassels
Pretty nice top 9 moving forward. |

I think he was referring to moving Edler or moving Hamhuis. |

I like that, but aside from Hutton and Tanev we have no defense. |

He does from our point of view, but he is still regarded as a good player around the league. |

Wasn't referring to his post, just that fact that anyone views Edler a better solution over Hamhuis.
Besides I needed to get that out, I'm already feeling better...btw, Edler sucks |

They ideally both should be moved, but I don't see Edler waiving, nor Jim asking |

Why not, he apparently had no problem with Bieksa, Garrison, or Burrows. Give it a go, maybe Edler surprises and agrees. |

I wonder if the twins woke up Torts from his nap when they went to visit him. |

JB didn't sign any of those guys so it was much easier, as for Edler I think he's to close to the Sedins. |

Was it Benning who extended Edler or Gillis. I remember JB saying how important Edler was last year |

I thought MG signed Edler and then tried to trade him before his NTC kicked in, could be wrong though.
And as for being close to the Sedins, looks like Torts was also...anyway dare to dream, because he will probably be here for awhile |

I actually hate Christmas for many reasons but when you can't say 'Christmas' without fear of offending someone it kind of rekindles my Yuletide spirit. |

I have no religion. I do however consider myself a very spiritual person. |
