You guys need to get creative with your sentencing.
Like ban a guy until Kessel gets a hat trick.
Or until the Leafs are 10 points out of a playoff spot.
But tie the ban to what the offender is saying - so if a guy says nasty things about Bernier, ban him until Bernier gets a shutout - forcing the offender to cheer for Bernier.
This could be so much fun.
