someone whos competent defensively is important, but as much as that, id like a guy who can skate and concentrates on taking the body while moving up and down the top 9 comfortably. as long as he plays a physical crashing style, I really don't mind at all if he has concrete hands. this is why ive been advocating tyler pitlick for awhile now. if he can stay healthy, I think hes a guy that could really work well on our 3rd line with lander and possibly draisaitl.

just keep defenders and opposing forecheckers honest, as well as creating some space and time for our skilled players.

if we're making any changes/additions to our forward corp, I want it to be focused on size and physicality

I like what Pouliot brings on the forecheck as well, plus he likes to drive hard to the net and create some chaos. The only reason I'd trade Eberle is to bring a guy like Lucic or Backes who can crash and bang but also put in a decent amount of goals.

Crawford is slightly overrated, just like Rask and Howard. Crawford has some amazing skill, but its got something to do with Keith, Seabrook, Hjarmalslososnosnos, and Oduya in front of him, plus the best 2 way forward group in the league. Its not like he's Hasek who could play amazingly in front of Buffalo (pretty crappy D) or Detroit (a (frank)ing amazing D[defense you pigs])

I have yet to get into that one. I've seen about 10 episodes when I have days off and I watch my FAVORITE background channel: Travel. I'm going to download it soon. I've heard the last few seasons were terrible.
