Great blog EE.
Habs need more offensive threat on the bottom 6. I think it's more then time to let Bournival and Sekac in. - soad_live
I would give a try to Sekac-Eller-Gallagher. Problem is, we miss a top 6 RW. How was Emelin last night? |

There seems to be an improvement in terms of possession, which is a good sign. But they do have a lot of problems getting on the board early. - Pecafan Fan
Succesful PP will solve all the problems. |

Galchenyuk!
He might not have gotten on the scoreboard last night, but man has he been flying all season. He seems to be getting better and better every game. I can't wait for him to get all the bounces going his way. - l3ig_l2ecl

He's the future captain and he isn't Quebecois or speaks French |

Eller best moments came with Gallagher, and he is better suited to a puck and chase style of play. I never saw him as a good compliment to DD and Patches who play more a possession game. Anyway, DD and Patches best moments came playing with Cole and Vanek, two big bodies who like to enter in the O zone with the puck. |

They only played 1 more game than the Flyers.
Maybe the fact they had 2 back-to-backs in 3 weeks gives that impression, though. |

Just show how predictable their PP is. They need to park someone in front of the net. |

I don't like their team, but they've started off way better than I thought they would. They may very well replace Colorado this year in the post-season. |

Disagree Gallagher gives them space by going to the net and making the D fall back. He's there to be in the goalie's face and Knock in rebounds.
If he plays with Eller he'll just in font of the net waiting for the shot that will never come because Eller turned the puck over 15 seconds ago. |

I would really like to see Sekac back in the lineup and given the chance to develop. Big body who can skate and has some skill. No reason for him not be a competent bottom 6 player. |

That's correct.
Bourque and Eller are something special right now.

I'd try Sekac with Paccio and DD.
Bournival-Eller-Gallagher on the third. |

Elite, don't think so. Playoff? Maybe. The west is really deep. They should be better than last season, for sure. |

I can't believe how hard they've fallen but its only 10 games so far.
Picks to regress:
- St. Louis Blues
- Minnesota Wild
I also think Nashville can't sustain 1st place in their division and ultimately they will fall to 4-6.
I think Colorado turns it around, scrapes by into the playoffs.
Dallas is rising and could go deep.
My Western Picks: (partially biased, I loved Colorado last year)
Dallas
Chicago
Anaheim
LA Kings
San Jose
Nashville
St Louis
8. Vancouver / Colorado |

So what would your lines look like?
Galchenyuk-Plek-PA
Pacioretty-DD-Sekac?
Bournival-Eller-Gallagher
Bourque-Malhotra-Prust
Or do you put a fourth liner like Weise/Moen up there? |
