How about tokarski for markstrom too then - Redmile247
That actually doesn't help us. Markstrom probably has the higher ceiling and it's not like we need an NHL ready backup as we have Lack.
Markstrom for Patches would be more fair |

Fine they can have Burrows..... - Mungo
I don't understand what Gilman was doing there, negotiating a trade? Thought he negotiated contracts and wasn't a scout either.
Guess Bealieu is an upgrade on Corrado.
Were you thinking Burrows + Corrado for Bourque + Bealieu? |

Get over the markstrom hype from years ago ...he might turn things around but right now tokarski has more value |

Maybe, but a project like Markstrom suits our current needs better. If you had suggested it before the Miller signing I would have obviously said Canucks add
Edit: and I would add that the Markstrom hype seemed to be in full force the summer of 2013 |

I know he doesn't help you ...I was just using it in comparison to the young defense swap posted that does really help the Habs
For patches ? Aim higher ....subban for subban ... PK is getting up there in age |

Subban for Subban sounds fair, we will throw in a stool to make up for the height difference |

Can we please stick with the package of Edler, Burrows and Shink for any trade offers? These 3 are our modern day Raymond, Booth and Ballard. |

Evaluating plain and simple. It comes with the job. I wouldn't read to much into it. I like to hear more of that kind of thing. |

Man that miller signing has to work out better than it has ...he is still a good goalie ...I agree on the first part
Going into that summer you also had one of the best tandems in the league ...but things change .... |

I (frank)ing hate the Miller signing but he is here and that isn't going to change anytime soon. I would rather have Lack than Tokarski and Tokarski would be wasted in Utica, unlike Markstrom who can use the practice so that he can hopefully show us why he was so highly touted |

Raymond did have a chance to ice the game against Tampa but he hit the post ...his shooting accuracy is slipping ...trade him now !! |

I am not sure how 7oungo goes from the butt end of all goalie jokes to the best goalie in the league , in two years when he gets beat out by 2 different understudies? |

I think I'm higher on lack too but I've seen more if him
In comparing the two it's kinda unfair ...they have both done things that the other has not |

He was so highly touted because he killed it in the AHL before.....I'm glad he is getting to play some minutes but its not the first time he has looked really good at that level. I don't expect him to all of a sudden be an NHL quality goalie because he has shown he can at a lower level. Until he is successful in the NHL I view him the same as when we picked him up, potential back up. |

As long as his trade value increases I don't care if he is NHL ready or not |

I laugh when I hear Luongo being praised , we have been trying to run him out of town for 5 years now. |

Umm I think you have the 3rd on the wrong side of the equation.
MayRay is on pace for 60+ goals this year. That is Stamkos territory. We will have to add more. |
