Ehrhoff was our PPQB. Now the Sabres dont have any decent options left, unless you count Myers.

Our PP was terrible last year, it will be non-existant this year. Just more of the same without a large contract looming overhead.

I'm ok with him being gone.

A useful mentor to the younger players . Seems to be of strong charachter with moral fiber .Who will not undermine the coach . And actually appreciates the City and the fans.

If he isn't playing center right away ( no matter what line he is on) then the Sabres picked the wrong Sam

I'm shocked that none of the big "rumor" blogs have taken note of the huge salary cap space that the Sabres have and what they can do with it. Signing some skilled free agents for ridiculous salaries for three or four years is a strong possibility. At that time salary space is freed up for young guns coming off of smaller contracts that deserve the raise.

Signing some skilled free agents for ridiculous salaries for three or four years is a strong possibility. TM is definitely not afraid to speak his mind. I really liked in the post draft press conference when someone asked if he was looking at locking up Reinhart right away, he said "can I just enjoy this for a little bit without getting pissed off."

He is as straight of a shooter as they come and it's refreshing.

Right about where Calgary finished last year. Don't feel like having another year of finishing dead last and getting my hopes up only to be f'd over in the draft.. Maybe 2nd worse because that team seems to always win the lottery.
