So nobody likes Miller? For the right price he would be a good signing. I would still be alright with Lack moving forward. With the right players in front of him and good leadership on and off the ice he will be great.

I don't think having a solid veteran goalie is going to be a determining factor on whether or not they are retooling or rebuilding. Having solid goaltending is always important regardless of the plans being made for the future.

Oh I don't think it is any better. I was just stating that they are different types of douches. A good goalie is a good goalie.

How many rookie goalies have to usurp Jonas Hiller before people realize he is not good? Probably no coincidence that he has been bad since being struck with vertigo 4 seasons ago.

I say save the $$$$, Lack is your starter and sign a cheap experienced backup, that is, if Markstrom can spend the year in Utica which I read somewhere is an option without losing him....
