I never thought goal tending was an issue going into this season. I thought the top two lines and a 4th line were the going concerns.

Don't want Miller anywhere near this team.

I personally don't think it is an issue. Lack will be great. We have finally purged the poison from the net we don't need to bring in a different type.

What we need is to purge the last of the poison out of the locker room and improve our team at the same time.

I don't think it's that those options aren't being explored, it's that the Canucks don't actually have to trade Kesler and the Hawks are negotiating like Kesler will never play a game for anyone but Chicago again.

I feel that it's more like they are dealing like Kesler will never play a game for Vancouver. If VAN wants do deal with ANA, go for it... but Chicago doesnt "need" Kesler, and while he would be a very nice addition for their lineup, they wont break the bank...

If Kes returns to his 41 goal season while being the best defensive forward, he will put Chicago back on top rather than perennial 3rd or 4th.
