From my POV, i think the coaching staff is overly apathetic at this point

I didn't make my point very well... I feel like the past few Captains on this team were PR type "yes men" guys as opposed to team LEADERS. I've said it many times... I wouldnt follow Luongo, Naslund or Henrik anywhere - let alone into battle. Linden was a legit leader.
