Beaulieu is so calm and poised with the puck for a rookie. That's reassuring to see.
He's confident in his abilities and it shows. He's not being cocky in his play either. |

Yeah, some people seem sure it's going to be a walk in the park with Bishop injured...I don't think it will. |

Still, better chance without Bishop than with him, no? |

Chicago style of play seems to be perfect for the Habs...last game vs. them was like that also.
Very entertaining hockey, it's how every game should be played. |

That chance he got in the second period, man he's a smooth skater for a guy who is 6'3.
Tinordi looks pretty mobile for a 6'7. I like the way he brushes off hits. |

He's 6'1 I believe. |
|
|
|
Remember Tinordi's giveaway against Columbus??? Well, he really seems to struggle with that kind of play, when he's skating forward along the boards towards his net...he again coughed up the puck last night (on the play Briere took the holding penalty).
He's going to have to work on that... |

With skates he's 6'3"...
I like how he instinctively jumps up on the rush...he doesn't need the puck on his stick to know when he should be supporting the O...he reads it well...and he also notices when it's not there and bails out...

Similar to Tampa play, no?
Minus that crazy bugger Malone.

I went in the basement to work out and turned on the game...there was 19 minutes left in the 1st. I told myself "next whistle I'll start my workout"...that whistle came with 11 minutes left in the period...that's a solid 8 minutes of up&down skating with good chances on both sides...
I'm sure both coaches hated it. LOL.
