after looking at the replay it looks worse. the initial hit isn't a big deal. guy turns his back to Murray the split second before the hit and Murray was committed. you have to protect yourself a bit better as a player. but the problem is that after the hit, he follows through with his arm and shoves the guy into board. that's what causes the injury. definitely a penalty. 5 and a game though? not sure.
