I have picked up Muzzin many times this year for my fantasy teams. He would be a great fit for the Oilers, as long as they can find him a decent partner.

Well the hope would be that he could develop into one sooner than any of our other young defensemen. And I dunno, any teams who know they have a top pairing guy or two probably isn't moving them.

I think he would pair better with Jultz than Ference has. That pairing is small by NHL standards and they get it handed to them. Ference was better playing with Petry (though everyone is terrible overall).

That said, Petry needs a boost of confidence and maybe playing with a Muzzin type would do it.

I think he would pair better with Jultz too. But as mentioned we need 2 top 4 guys. And assuming we are keeping Jultz and Petry we need left side guys. Muzzin would definitely push everyone else down the depth chart on the Left but I'd still like a true top 2 two way guy...

Actually you are probably right, Kings would not give him up. Kings are rumored to try and upgrade on defense, which makes no sense. But we stockpile defensemen like the Oilers load up on forwards.. Imagine if the teams merged wow..
