I thought this was supposed to be a blog about all things in the NHL, not just a Sabres blog. |

I'm not crying. It just seems like he did more blogging about other teams' players when he was the Sabres blogger.
I come here to read about the goings-on throughout the NHL from people with different takes. I don't want to read about the Penguins from a St. Louis blogger. Likewise, I'd like to heat about the goings-on throughout the NHL from the guy who's paid (yes, paid) to reporting about the goings-on throughout the NHL. If he's gonna stick to the Sabres blogger, I'd prefer he's depicted as such. I don't think that's unreasonable to ask. |

If I may make a suggestion.
Could you post as Garth when you want to blog about buffalo, and when you have a blog about another NHL team or have something to say about the NHL in General, then use this alter ego.

There was a game between The Oilers and Flames rookies last night, the first game of the Penticton Rookie Tourney between the Oilers, Flames, Avs and Sharks.
Where is the blog about that?
Rookie Camps have started for every NHL team,
Where is the blog about that?
Those type of blogs is what i would expect from a NHL correspondent, If he can't do that then go back to being a Buffalo Blogger. |

Well hopefully your oilers blogger would cover it . Garth is in Southern Ontario. Edmonton's rookies are playing 3000 miles from there . No real coverage to speak of that tourney except for a little on TSN. Time for you to get realistic with your expectations.

Not your expectations just your undying need to bash anything Garth does . There are more than 1 rookie tournaments happening right now . With little information coming out of any of them except the one hosted by the Red Wings . Your issue is with EK not Garth . Garth stated when he started this new Column he would be reporting on all things Sabres as well as the NHL . Maybe it is time for you to Bash EK for better bloggers to cover your favorite teams

Garth, like your work as usual, hopefully Kevin posts as much as you did. Only mistake, at the Blue and Gold game Zadorov was with Mark Pysyk, not Brady Austin. |

I agree with you 100% but at the same time it's Garth, do you really care what he thinks about anything? Let him stick to the Sabres cause really who gives a care. Just remember everytime you click on his link you are helping ensure he keeps doing what he does. |

Its so sweet that Garth's sister comes on here to defend him every day, and even buys a Season Ticket to boot. How thoughtful |

It's not about bashing Garth...well, maybe a little. It's about an NHL reporter reporting on the NHL. Bill Meltzer, for instance, lives in the Philadelphia are yet reports on the Dallas Stars, so there's no reason that Garth can't cover teams far from where he's located. Some other "NH" things that are going on:
- Burke in Calgary
- Kadri
- Pietrangelo (which he did touch on....sort of)
- Other rookie tournaments (Ottawa/Pittsburgh/Chicago/Toronto)
There are far more interesting NHL things to discuss than Miller signing up for a Twitter account. |

One. That means he can watch and comment on one EC game and one WC game. In the meantime, he could touch upon other NHL subjects, such as the ones I posted off the top of my head, as well as Bure's jersey retirement (maybe a little write-up on him?) |
