Off topic completely but why the hell are they postponing an announcement on the coliseum bcs a Nassau cop got shot in the hip and is perfectly fine? I have friends that are Nassau county police so don't think I'm not being sensitive enough to this but come on. What a ridiculous over reaction to something. Sounds like an excuse due to indecision and if it's not then gimme a break.

well... Nassau county politicians & other important Nassau county executives that would be at the NVMC announcement would also need to be at the more important news conferences of a cop shooting.. postpone it one day... its not a big deal.

It's not a big deal. I can care less. Just seems ridiculously stupid to me. If the Nassau county executives can't announce a coliseum deal because a cop got shot in the hip Nassau county is in bigger trouble than i thought.

The funny thing is I'm not even doing anything wrong. Most of those guys are decent over there but a few are complete tool boxes. Someone asks for my opinion(or doesn't )and I give it and a couple of them get their panties in a bunch.

I Never said anything that could be confused with being a Troll. I gave an opinion or stated a fact. Actually tried to tip toe thru the site because I knew I was in enemy territory.

BUT....Some of those TOOLS jump down your throat like you tried to hit on their mother. Taking everything you say out of context.

they cant announce it because they will be elsewhere, like at the hospital, or at other press conferences for this situation, or with the cop's family.
The fate of a piece of land can wait.
