grabo is a great hockey player, any team would be lucky to have him DEPENDING the cap

I was just thinking the exact same thing. I realize that the new owners may want to make a splash but are they really going to sign Grabovski and screw themselves over to not have enough for Boedker? I don't think so.

The NHL roster and system in Phoenix is deep enough to trade an NHL player at this point. That would not only open up cap space, but you have to remember the 11 forwards listed. Klinkhammer and Yip may not even be on the NHL roster which save over a million dollars.

Grabo @ $2-2.5 is a great deal, Grabo @ $4+ is not. Although, I do believe that he can make $5+ in the KHL and may just go that route for at least one season.
