Anyone else getting tired of Torts and his adversarial press conferences? He's either really short with the media or extremely uncooperative. Sure, after a loss it really sucks to have to answer questions and be accountable, but that's part of the job. Once and a while, I get it, but he's looking very unprofessional these days, pretty much every time he's in a PC. |

Dorsett wants to become a fan favorite, he needs to flatten a Bruin in the first period. Some messages need to be sent along with a victory tonight. |

You didn't read the blog did you? It may not be everyone's cup of tea but he's an unbearable jerk because he feels it takes attention away from the team and allows them to play, I for one just question his spots |

His press conferences that are held during off game days, he does a much better job with the media. For instance the other day when he said Hagelin stinks on the PP. The thing about Torts' media interaction, he is either getting crap for not talking enough or taking flack for what he is saying |

You think we'll have a "tone setter" fight early in the game? I have a gut feeling we will. |

Tortarella is no fool. He will focus attention on things that don't really matter. I wonder if a large part of this fuss is posturing by Tortarella to deflect discussion away from more sensitive concerns. What I would really like for Tortarella to discuss is the possibility that Lundqvist is playing hurt.

You have a better shot of the U.S. Government disclosing the nuclear codes that you have at finding that out.

Yep, Boston's grunts are getting free shots on Rangers without a response. Dorsett and Asham would be best served to dropping the gloves tonight.
Rangers can't show weakness at home or this series will be a short one. |

I read it, just wondering if anyone else is getting tired of it. Like I said, I get that he might get miffed once in a while but I really don't get a lot from his pressers after a loss, which is when you actually want to hear the coach's analysis of his team. I guess it's his style but just seems unprofessional IMO. |

We know it's coming, the media knows it's coming, so why is it a surprise. Plus, last series, he was much more expansive than usual, so the complaints should have died down a bit, though that hasn't happened. |
