Watch how ineffective Krug is if they advance to the next round. Rangers are leaving the points wide open and Boston is manipulating this on a regular basis. - MidnightMarauder
I hate it. But this isn't new. Their style is collapse. We need to pressure the points and don't. Ever. |

It is amazing how much frustration that a team that is only one of eight remaining has caused me this year. - Pete V
It's been smoke and mirrors. But it is amazing, they bend and don't break |

Not a hard task to play D against the Rangers. They don't forecheck anymore and they don't pressure the points. I'm not trying to be critical. That's just the truth. - Pete V
They forecheck along the boards but the middle is wide open. I know NBC has pointed this out to but I noticed it too. Boston is doing a great job pasing the puck and then getting it out through the middle of the ice. Torts has to devise something to adjust to what Boston is doing. It's not new; they were doing it in game two as well. |

haha at McGuire yelling at the Rangers powerplay - TPC
You should have heard him on WFAN today with Francessa, especially about his 2 questions to Torts on the bench during game 2. |

I think its more Boston imposing its will, the Rangers are being pushed around. Lucic is an animal right now. |

Nash isn't being traded. - Pete V
Any personnel changes will likely be on the smaller, cheaper scale. Maybe they look to bring in a puck carrying D-man and another role player or two. |

lol....I wonder if this was what being a Devils fan was like when they were winning cups...albeit, the Rangers are a long way from that or are they?? |

You think Big trades will be made with you guys next year? Maybe Nash?
Mighty13duck - mighty13duck
Nash is here for the long haul and I am fine with that. I do think a power play quarterback type is going to be pursued in the offseason though. |

It was. Marty was simply unbeatable. We spent entire games in our zones, and literally scored on a single break out. It was torture. Look up Brodeurs numbers in one goal games. It is off the charts. In the end. We won. I've seen 3 cups and 5 finals in the past 20 years, and only in 2000, was it due to offense. |

Who cares if Maguire gets peeved at Torts? Torts was complimenting his player, the captain of this team, but that's not alright? He has a few seconds and his comment was laced with REAL emotion. He said the same thing every Ranger fan I know was thinking or yelling or typing here when Cally scored that breakaway. Let Torts off the hook every now and again for god's sake, Saver. It sounds like you think he is the Anti-Christ and give him absolutely no room to be human in any way. It's constant criticism from you on him. He must be the worst human being in the world or something. |

I'm still 100% convinced that won't happen until the summer of 2014. I just think they will give him a full training camp and next season. |

Yes, Krug has played really well especially for a rookie defenseman debuting in the playoffs, I get it. But I'm gonna vomit from the Krug love on NBC |

No need to look it up, I believe you and its been like this since Hank has been here...it is agonizing. But who cares right? I am done with the if it wasn't for Hank business that non ranger fans spew. Done feeling like I have to apologize for our goaltender being our best player. |

Why should you? A win is a win. No * next to cup wins, due to excellent goal tending. |

This style relies on a ton of shot blocking and of course Hank controlling the puck on saves. Bruins are doin a good job exploiting the Rangers penchant for leaving their feet a little early to block pucks from going to the net. |
