So you think they're going to win it all, yet they can't beat the worst team in the NHL at home after knowing full well they would come out hard? Lol. That's laughable.
Your team is just like San Jose all those years.. built for regular season success, then when it tightens up... whoops. Not as deep as you thought.
Teams will focus on the one line you have that is dangerous and you'll go out in the 1st or 2nd round.
Lol. |

I agree, first round exit. The team has been slowly fading for whatever reason. Ever since Rask came back to earth so has the team. |

No we can't, but I'd love to be proved wrong. I still think bonino is our answer to our powerplay. Once he comes back we should once again be a scary team |

Your Fenwick is near the bottom of the NHL. Good team, but nowhere near as good as your record. |

They've been near the bottom of that "system" all year and yet they keep winning. |

You might be right. All I know is that they have a better chance at winning the Cup than the Av's or the Flyers. |

Wait whattt, Victor Rask? You got some googling to do my friend.
Anywho either goalie for the ducks seems to be a great option. Any team that is able to dictate how the game is played enjoys the most success in the playoffs, bottom line.
Good luck ducks |

Have you seen the rest of the west? No one is playing like champs just yet, Ducks shouldn't have a tough time beating the 7th seed, Detroit/Phoenix/Minnesota.

We've been fading because of the schedule. That lack of effort against Colorado capped an 11 games in 18 days stretch, and 26 games in 46 days since the end of February.
The team is beat up and needs a few days off. |

I have my doubts...will the goaltending hold up/can the D compete/will the kids get rattled...but of course they can if things fall in to place. |

I'm hoping to see the Ducks knock the Hawks out of the playoffs. Your team matches up better against them than anybody else in the West I think. Although, I could see the Kings beating them also. The Hawks seem to have trouble with a big physical team that also has skill and can skate with them. Some of those Hawk fans are the biggest homers... and they're so cocky and obnoxious it's nauseating. |

If that happens it won't be until the WCF. Have to get thru the Wings and the Kings or Blues. Tough road. |

This is not a shot at you personally because you seem like the exception, but you just described every Red Wings fan I've ever met. |

Well... every team has a few homers. Some of the bandwagon fans have disappeared now that the Wings aren't contenders. Most of the serious Red Wings fans that I talk to regularly aren't like that. If you ever check out Mark Spizziri's thread you'll see most of us are just regular fans and not homers. |

I know, and that's true about every team, including the Blackhawks. Because they're awesome this year, they're gonna have more cocky, annoying bandwagon fans right now. Same as the Kings since they won the Cup. Same as the Ducks in 2007. |
