Either that, or you just concede that in the short term you aren't going to be balanced, and just play Gaborik-Richards-Nash a ton, get whatever production you can out of them, hope against hope for some secondary scoring, and play good defense.

They have a lot of cap space, an if Howson is still in charge, I really doubt it as he would then be forced to concede that he traded Rick Nash for Anisimov, Erixon, and a 1st. |
