* Seattle is predicted to be upset by Anaheim. That would clear a path for Calgary.

* The Penguins are picked to defeat the Preds…in Overtime. A win by the Preds would move them VERY close to the playoffs in the projected standings. Saros has been red hot.

* Ottawa is hanging around, but their schedule coming up is why they are projected to not be that close to the playoffs…
