I am told in a similar way Panarin wanted to be in NY, Patrik Laine wants to be in LA. The Jackets won’t just hand him over of course…It will take ALOT…but from all I am hearing, a deal could get done..

Starting to hear some rumblings about the size of the deals that are out there and NJ is in (or over) 10M per over a 7-year term…That makes this VERY hard on Calgary…Johnny is from New Jersey, but he is from the Philly-driven South Jersey, not the NY-driven North Central Jersey…As a Jersey kid myself, I can tell you the two areas are VERY different.
