I don't expect this one to go away any time soon...and to add fuel to the fire...I am hearing the Hawks with serious interest in Erik Karlsson...So perhaps they could be talking to Montreal about Toews in order to clear the space to grab Erik Karlsson....
On Tavares...
The Isles could also be on Karlsson, with hopes the addition would help keep Tavares on the Island...However, I am hearing a ton of chatter over the past few days about San Jose preparing a big pitch for John Tavares....Two different sources both told me that they would call the Sharks, "The early favorite..."
