It is being reported by Art Staple of Newsday that Tyler Kennedy was sent back to Long Island for further evaluation of his "injury."

Kennedy last played an NHL game on 2/26 for the Sharks against Detroit and logged 6:56 of ice time. He did skate for Jack Capuano the day after the trade but was not in the line-up against the Stars.

During the interview with MSG's Shannon Hogan, Jack said that Tyler came to him with 'some concerns' so he opted to keep Kael in. *According to Staple's Twitter feed, Capuano said the disclosure "Definitely caught me off guard."

Is this a deal gone bad? He had "lower body injury" issues that kept him out of the line up in the beginning of February.

This may get interesting.

In other news, Casey Cizikas may meet the team in Nashville as he has been skating the last few days. Matty Marts will learn his fate soon. Many feeling one to two game suspension will happen and is warranted.

Whatever.
