Big Night Ahead. No more participation ribbons. |

Last time the Leafs were shutout in the playoffs, they won three straight after. Write that down.
Hopefully for the blue and white, home is where the win is. Toronto 4-1 at home in the playoffs with 18 goals for. Lone loss was the goose egg in game five against Ottawa. They better be five alive in this one, especially since the Leafs forwards haven't lit the lamp in over 100 minutes. So let's leave Woll alone.
If you are shorthanded four times in the opening 20 minutes of a game and you head to the locker room, only down 1-0, you thank your goalie. And Leafs fans, should be like, thank God the Wall that is Woll saved us in the first period.
So basically surviving the first period indiscretions, was not a positive wave.
Toronto was outshot 29-12 through two periods on Sunday, yet, just down by 1. Hello?????, McFly. You're in the game, like EA Sports, you're in the game.
Full participation by the home team tonight will be necessary to end the goal drought and pick up a W. If not, another playoff participant ribbon is going to be on the way.
