Ok Wings fan, things have kind of stunk lately. I do think there are several positives overall, but just not a good time to see them. So, I haven’t done one in a while, but I have a contest. This one won’t involve the draft at this point. I’m going to give you a few categories. Whoever picks up the most “points” will get a prize. In case of a tie, multiple prizes. Just depends on what is available but in the past I’ve done pizza coupons, video game coupons (PSP store or whatever), or even a gift card to shop.nhl.com. Give your best guesses, I’ll keep track and we’ll name the winners.

Category 1 - baby come back:
Name a former player (up to 3) that could come back into the fold via trade or FA signing (i.e. - Nyquist, Jensen, etc)

Category 2 - Free Agent (non former wing)
List 5 free agents you think Yzerman could go after. This is a category you could build points in

Category 3 - Rookie promotion
List up to 5 rookies you think could start on next year’s roster. I’m doing such a big number because things happen. Injuries, etc, so it could screw up your pick.

There you have it. If you’re a winner I’ll PM you to get you a prize. We will do something regarding the draft once we have the draft order.
