Darcey Kuemper Not Ready to Go

Unlike like that song about the rooftop, Darcey Kuemper is not ready to go.

The Coyotes star goalie, most important player and honorary ambassador to space, is still too injured to suit up.

It is unfortunate that as soon as the Old Yotes got Taylor Hall, aka Big T, their other best player went down with an injury.

Tonight they will take on the Blackhawks, and in goal will be Antti Raanta.

Now Raanta is usually pretty good, but everyone knows he's no Kuemper - I mean who is? The guy is a god among men.

A total Adonis, if you will.

Still it will be up to the Rantanator to shut-down the Hawks and get the Coyotes - losers of way too many in a row - back into the playoff race.

Since there is one point separating 28th and 2nd (or something approximating that, I mean, it's close, OK?) you just can't be losing any games.

Ever.

Especially not to the Ducks and Hawks.

The Swedish Darcy Kuemper, AKA Oliver Ekman-Larsson, left the last game with a knee injury after injuring his knee, which is on the lower half of the body (take that NHL injury reports!).

There is no current word (on the street, or elsewhere) about his game time status. I'm thinking game time decision, which is the best kind of decision.

Also the Coyotes got caught cheating.......and while it seemed exiting, or at least interesting, it turns out they made the grievous error getting players to exercise at the wrong time.

The ___ nerve of these guys!

Anyways, here's hoping Darcy comes back and saves the season!
