"Who Am I...?" #47 (NHL)

Welcome my friends to another smash-tastic edition of “Who Am I…?…; one part hockey, one part fact finding mission. The rules are simple: using the five clues below, name the hockey-related personality of note, while also backing up your choice. So it’s not just WHO fits the facts, but HOW they do! Post replies in the comment section with the supporting info, with the first to do so taking prize (with prize being very figuratively related to the mere pride you can take in having done so, as I’m too cheap to dole out tangible prizes with any real value!). State the name with no backing facts? You get shamed.

Enough of the tongue wagging – lets get down to business. Here are your clues for this week:

1. I won a rookie of the year award.

2. I am a hall of fame member.

3. I am one of only two players to have their names on both the Stanley Cup and the trophy of this specific other professional sport

4. I scored a Stanley Cup winning goal.

5. After retiring from playing, I spent a decade employed by a well-known equipment company

Get that research going and let’s see who can rustle up the info first! Good luck all!
