Bruins played last night. Isles need to get 2 points tonight. No excuses.

I'm expecting a loss. Unless Barzal can put up another 5 point game and send the Bruin fans into a fit rage.

Doubt it would take five points. They're an excitable bunch.

not for nothing but Boston can bring up their ECHL team and the ISlanders wont beat them. Boston is one of those teams we never beat no matter what.

That being said I would be happy with a point since we know the Rangers will beat Buffalo tonight

Is there anything he can't do.

Those tights he wore hid nothing.

Just keep Marchand away from him.

Edit: To be fair, Debrusk has a had decent season this year. Not as good as Barzal obviously. I still like the Zbroil pick. The pick they (frank)ed up was Senyshyn.

Marchand is out tonight because they are using his nose to help plow snow down in North Carolina. He's got a lot of experience making snow disappear using his nostrils.

Nope, wish I did though. I found it in the Isles subreddit.

The pick they (frank)ed up was all of them

Yeah, DeBrusk is having a nice season for himself and maybe Zboril ends up being a decent defenseman..but the guys they passed on all have the potential to be star players. Barzal, Connor, and Chabot could all be really great players in this league. I won't give them hell for missing on Boeser, only because he didn't go until the 23rd pick.

Bruins exploit every weakness of this team. Mostly because they get good goaltending have a mobile d and responsible two way forwards

Any chance he could get rid of our Snow?

True, but with Rask having played last night, at least the Isles will likely get Khudobin (sp?).

Maybe I should lower my hopes to getting just one point tonight....

Correct. The Isles have a rough time with Boston because the Bruins out muscle the weaker isles.

Oh I agree, I was just saying the worst pick of the 3 was Senyshyn.

Thing is, Khudobin is currently 9-2 with a .924 save percentage. Neither he nor Rask are pushovers this year.

Yeah but he's 1-2 in his last three starts and has allowed 7 goals over those three games. Bruins play an excellent brand of defensive hockey, but if the Isles top two lines can bust that the I think they shouldn't have much trouble scoring on Khudobin.
