Peter Tessier: Perreault has impact in win over Flyers In his first game back Mathieu Perreault has an immediate impact to help Jets come back and beat the Flyers.

Really liked Armia and Perreault on the same line. Would be interesting to see what that line could become with a higher skilled C between those two. Maybe swap Copp and Hendricks? Or call up Roslovic?

I usually use wins / losses as the best stat to show how you are doing. You are what your record says you are. Anylitics have a place to some degree but there is a reason guys like dano and postma don't play much even though they have positive anylitics, it's because they suck and all the gm's in the league know it.

Agreed, except for your spelling of "analytics". I also agree with the "yawn" comment. Mr. Tessier needs to move on to other topics.

When is my boy Laine going to get his first hatrick the season. He is #29 so I predict Nov 29th against Colorado.

Gudas should be suspended at least 20 games.

Isles fan here. I'm making a bold prediction. Not guaranteeing who wins it, but I'm smelling a Jets vs. Predators WCF matchup this year. Everything's properly clicking for both teams. Defense, scoring, goaltending, and coaching(yes, I know people rag on Maurice but he's doing his job too).

The Jets have been a very fun team to watch this year. Much more disciplined as well. Best of luck!
