I don't comment often but I read every Islanders-related blog/article on several sites (including this one) every day. Dee, if you want to gain some credibility with your audience, you must proofread what you write before you post it! There are at least five errors (spelling, grammatical, and missing punctuation) in this article alone. I am trying to be constructive here, not insulting. I hope my comment doesn't come off as the latter. Hell, I had to reread my comment a couple times to remove some errors!

PS- You are not the only Isles writer who needs to do this. But you have been writing longer than some of the others who make similar mistakes.

That being said...GO ISLANDERS!!! Can't wait until I can get down to LI to get to a game!!

streit/strait isn't anything more than a typo. Let's be honest, I give Dee a world of grief about factual mistakes in her blogs or some really poor choices of phrasing, but this isn't a big deal.
