Franson is good I have always liked him from his days in Nashville not that he had a big resume at the time or even now but as far as production goes he seems to be great I wonder how he would do in a system like nj where zidlicky has thrived without being able to play a lick of defense

I still do not like his $5.5 million cap hit for the next 3 years. However, it makes me re-think my stance on wanting to see him traded.

First let me say that you're one of the few bloggers that I respect here. That being said, when you need to dig for stats to spin an over paid 2-3 defensemen into an elite defender, you lose credibility IMO. I loved Wiz when he was a Hawk. He wore his heart on his sleeve and stood up for his teammates. I just disagree about him being "elite".

Hey buddy, Leddy is the bestest defensemen since Gretzky! Actually the Great One was much better defensively.
