I have recently acquired CoHo in a keeper league and can anyone in Sabre land tell me how he is doing this year. I traded R.Kesler for him based on Cody's age and potential. Any thoughts on how I did?

Bad idea now and later. He will be our 2C in a few years when he is in his prime. Essentially, you sacrificed a better player in Kesler for a guy who may become a player like Kesler.

No , it wouldn't have landed him in jail. A simple assault from someone who has no criminal record would result in fines, probation and community service. Worst case you would get a suspended sentence.

Does Garth have to comment on EVERYTHING?

He should just accept the 15 games suspension and drop it because he deserved it and more. Appealing a suspension is dumb. No player will ever win an appeal since its up to Bettman, the devil himself. Putting appeals in their contract was a bad idea. No one will ever win an appeal.
