You had a feeling that either Urbom or Gio would be waived since Lou has said he doesn't want to have 1-way contracts playing in the minors. The only Devils who have 2-ways are Urbom, Gio and Larsson and Larsson isn't going anywhere. It's a shame that Urbom couldn't stick and he even change his number this week from 33 to 22....

I have no confidence running the same D core out there like some do. We may of had the lowest amount of shots given up but we easily were near the top in breakaways and odd man rushes.

It'll be criminal if the Flyers let this guy slide through waivers -- based off last year's ineptitude, if Urbom isn't claimed before they are up, I sure would hope they'd claim him and worry about everything else later.

What makes me even more mad is that this decision had nothing to do with talent, it had to do with MONEY....Lou doesn't want to pay a player in the monors who has a 1-way NHL salary so instead of assigning a lesser talent he went the "save money" way.....I thought we had a new ownership who had tons on money....Devils still "Penny-Pinching"
