I would agree but at this point I see Gelinas and Merrill ahead of urbom. Don't know if its worth holding both of them back. I'd like to trade him for a draft pick ideally.

I like Boucher in Albany for a year.
I'm in the minority, keep Vochenkov. I think Fayne is the odd guy out.
I don't mind Merrill going to Albany with stints in jersey if injury bug hits.

Fayne might be the odd man out just because he doesn't completely suck (zid) or have a terrible contract (Atrain).

I would agree but at this point I see Gelinas and Merrill ahead of urbom. Don't know if its worth holding both of them back. I'd like to trade him for a draft pick ideally.

i honestly wasn't as impressed with merrill as some were. offensively he did well but both the shorties i though he was kind of poor on but either way its only 1 preseason game and at this point i really dont see merrill making the team right now

also was anyone else surprised they sent black and bell to juniors instead of the ahl? its not like albany is crowded on forwards right now

Yes, much easier to move. No different than a few other Devils that have been stuck in that quandary over the years. Similar to Mark Fraser

Move some (frank)ing bodies! Gelinas and Urbom should be on the team and Merril probably could as well. I can deal with young guys making mistakes not the old men.

After last years debacle i don't care who we move, no one is untradeable imo.
I have faith that Lou will get the most value out whoever he decides to move.

Does Urbom get placed on waivers? Waiver eligble

If keep Gelinas, who gets traded? I don't want Fayne traded.

My guess go with 14/7, waive Barch, Teddy and Urbom (I do not think he will get claimed)

Waive Tedenby to go to Albany. I don't think anyone will claim him.

Same with Barch. While the Devils will be paying $600K to MT and $700K to Barch, I do not see any other options.

I think Brunner should be signed.

Trade fayne for a 2nd to Dallas and trade JJ and zidlicky to the bolts for panik.
