Edler is great but remove MaxPac and our top 6 is smaller than most Juniors teams and wayyy too much for Seabrook who seems to have taken a step back of late. Diaz and Pleks are very underated and that 1st rounder could be a high pick if the team sucks next year which wouldnt surprise me...

Still can't believe they named him captain. I remember watching his press conference. "It's nice to be traded to......um.....to...ahhh....to, um....Toronto." Guys seemed so happy to be going there.

Also, I'd do the AP trade, but want to part of Paajarvi. I really think that a team would be better off NOT having him.

The gem in this deal is franson not phaneuf. Franson in 2 years will be better than Dion. Heck maybe even by end of next yr.

I seriously don't get how or why everyone thinks Cooter is so damn valuable. I mean if Flyers fans can demand the moon in return for him I should be able to do the same with Larsson. Both where pegged to go #1 at some point, both haven't dazzled anyone point wise, both fell in the draft and both contribute to their teams more then fans of other teams realise. What do you guys think? am I making any sense or have I missed the bigger picture here somewhere along the way ? lol

of he was slotted #2 or 3 on a team he would thrive, being given the C, put in the spotlight and played 30 mins a night isnt his fault
