So in your opinion if it takes the 6th pick +... who do you try to get Schneider or Seguin?
It would be wild to see Taylor Hall vs Seguin in the Battle of Alberta!

Flyers want TJ Brodie or to move up in the draft.

I think Matt Read would be a great fit in CGY, his versatility, youth and 20+ goals would be extremly useful to the Flames.

I was following it last night and talking to Leed while he was writing the story. I just waited until today rather than writing an article at 11 p.m. ET when nobody's going to read it.

They have 3 first round picks!!!!

I agree. To me, it's about if he'll re-sign. If he's open to re-signing in Calgary and the asking price isn't ridiculous, he could be a good fit.

Seguin available!! Wow....although......everyone should be asking "why?" before getting too excited.

Good blog.......and your right.....Feaster is in a great position to change the Flames organization for the long haul. Should be interesting.

Believe they traded it in the Cammalleri deal. Funny thing is now the Flames are trying to move him.

How about Seguin, Hamilton and 2 first round picks for Phil Kessel?...Even after getting canned Brian Burke showed up why he's still the man.

(frank) this is scary. Hearing Flames possibly in on Coburn as well. Feaster better not (frank) this up. He is in a position to draft a lot of guys that will set this team up for the next 10-15 years and it sounds as though he is looking to take short cuts again. The only thing he should be looking to trade is Cammi for another pick.

well they are only 1 or 2 players away from a championship so they should trade all their first rounders away......... Feaster is putting the pieces of the puzzle together!

Not a friggin chance. Brodie stepped up & played top 2 minutes & played great. He aint going nowhere. Read is OK but he's older & has hit his ceiling, depending what the asking price is, I'd pass. Seguin I would give our #6 & Gaudreau who is from Boston & the Bruins would be well aware of him. That would be tough to part with Johhnny Hockey but what a fit Seguin would be.
