Lets hope we see the good Islanders tonight and not those other guys. I don't like those other guys

Haley's already up, they brought him up for the Philly game. Dont see how picking up Hamrlik is a laughable event, he fits a need with Staal out of the lineup indefinitely. Not your worst Dee, but still awful. Dont quit that day job.

Both Brad Richards and Marc Staal are out of the line-up indefinitely, but that doesn't mean the Rangers will be easy to beat.

Art Staple said he expects Michael Haley to be brought up and inserted into the line-up and the Isles will probabaly play Boulton in the place of Ullstrom.

Richards is out indefinitely? Don't remember hearing or reading that one...to me indefinitely means serious injury, he comes back when he comes back...Richards is probably a lets see how he feels after the morning skate....more like day to day...but I split hairs...

He could even be used as a PP sepcialist on the point, he can still shoot the puck....

its a mistake to play boulton just because Haley is playing. Martin..Finley..Macdonald can dance with Haley if need be.... Haley is not as good of a fighter now that he is sober...he is still a tough SOB pound for pound but he has had his ass handed to him a few times this year..which is something i have not seen before

It was actually of course a smart move by the Rangers. Timing worked out for them with that one. Dee is a bit mentally challenged when it comes to hockey. From what i understand she is quite the baker, hockey blogger not so much.

I agree, not that Ullstrom is some amazing player he certainly adds more to the line up. The rest of the forwards will have to absorb more ice time and with tavares playing ill lately it may not be the best thing? Boulton is hard to watch.

Not sure about that, the Rangers might sit Bickel, he is good for a stupid penalty a game, Haley was actually productive in the minors and brings the "jam"....but wouldn't surprise me...

The Rangers picked up Roman Hamrlik yesterday and I couldn't do anything but laugh.

I gave her the opportunity to apologize for her Rick Nash comments. If Rick Nash comes in and completely rips apart the Islanders, which is possible, this blog, and her twitter and going to be a war zone.
