He finished it by throwing a wrist shot into someones shin pads with 30 seconds left.

Ehrhoff had a pretty rough game against Florida, but overall I haven't had a problem with his game. Even if Ehrhoff can go, Pardy probably should play over one of Leopold or Myers. Get a new face on that defense corps. It can't hurt.

If Ehrhoff does not come out tonight I think Pardy still goes in tonight for Brennan. Just my opinon.

As bad as Myers has been, and I stick up for him constantly, If Myers sits before Leopold I'm done with this team.

it was brought to our attention yesterday that their is a new rule in the CBA this year...

Players like Pardy can be brought up for 9 games or 30 days and then sent back to the AHL without having to go through waivers.

From a buffalo perspective, we would probably not be any worse if we replaced lines 2 & 3 with rochester lines 1 & 2 and replaced a few dmen with pardy and McNabb

Someone in a different blog laid out a scenario where Pardy would not have to clear waivers again if they wanted to even send him back down to Rochester.

I like the Sens and I said when the Senators acquired Anderson that was a going to be a move that paid off. People laughed at me when I said it.
Well, they are not laughing now. Bishop may be a bust but Lehner looks very good as well. Sens look set in net for the forseeable future when that position looked bleak just a short time ago.

I like this rule. It helps prevent the trend that once a player who has a number of NHL games under his belt ends up back in the AHL, he has very little chance of getting back to the NHL because of contract and cap issues, etc.

He can be sent down without being exposed to waivers before 9 games or 30 days, whichever comes first.
