Yeah i don't know how you all feel but i expect were gonna lose another year...neither side seems to willing to budge.

If it's like this in November, I'm worried.

But October isn't that important for the NHL going up against the World Series, Football, etc. Plus, the season doesn't start until the 11th or so of October, a lot of time between now and then, training camps could last 10 days if they needed them to.

Any clue what league Marty is looking into?

Maybe Kovy will get the C back here once an NHL starts

Hell, since you know more about the KHL than 99 percent of the posters on here, maybe you can keep a daily blog tracking the NHL players in the KHL.

SEL isn't giving out-clauses so that rules that one out. Who knows. Probably whoever is interested. Could be DEL, NLA, he could also play in Italy if he wants to.

I agree with what you said here...Just feel like they would actually you know schedule meetings during this week and everyday until they can come to an agreement. The lack of urgency by both sides to get anything done is sad. I think the owners are willing to lose an entire year based on how "strongly" they came back after the last lockout. They will not budge. It comes down to if and when the players cave really. As of right now i don't expect them to cave but that could change after more than half the league can't find jobs elsewhere.
