Should be an interesting home stretch. If there is another team in the east just as hot as the Buffalo Sabers right now, it is the Tampa Bay Lightning. I really don't see The Caps figuring into the big picture once it comes down to it. Winnipeg has been up and down but has the ability to play well. I really think the 8th spot will come down to Tampa or Buffalo.

Just don't forget, on Monday you can jump into the 8th spot with a win in Winnipeg, but then on Tuesday you could slip back to 9th while Tampa grabs that 8th spot :D

I am too. If I go to a game and they win, I try and wear exactly the same thing for the next game until it stops working. Haven't had much luck this year at all though.

Know both of those areas... I still live on the southside.. Corner of Martin and Allendale... Everyone seems to know where I live because everyone drives by it on the way to Strider field/jefferson/Martin Road sports complex...
