I think it is a win/win for both teams as the Canucks really need a big tough winger and he does have some offensive skill but they do not need him to put the puck in the net as they have enough talent

Hodgson will benefit from more of a role/ice time with Buffalo and i really like the additions of Nashville

Canucks were the biggest losers today -- by a long shot. At least we now know for sure who is running this team: AV. A good GM does not give up a solid roster player for 2 minor league players who basically shown nothing in the NHL.

The Islanders were the big winners.....getting anyone to take Brian Rolston and Mike Mottau, and give back anything more than....equipment bags...is a miracle.....yeah, I know, those two guys we got probably aren't MUCH more than equipment bags, but being as we already stole all of Bridgeport's players, the fact that they're breathing and can stand up on skates will do.

HA HA good point, remember when Phanuef drilled Kassan face first into the boards, but instead of going right back at Phaneuf he just lookked at Phaneuf & skated away.
