More Jordan than Eric. I don't think Couturier's QMJHL offense is going to translate to the NHL... he put up a lot of points, but he's not as dominant offensively as the forwards picked in front of him, save for Landeskog. He'll be our big-bodied shut-down center of the future.

He had the best PPG average of any forward in the draft.

Played half the year with mono on one of the most lackluster teams in the Q. He produced something like 44 percent of their offense.

I severley doubt he's anything LESS then what Jordan Staal is.
