In what world does an uber prospect like this not make a dent in the NHL in his first 3 years?

Hopefully, although i don't really have Bryz's stats in the gimmick, i doubt he could be worse than Boosh and Bob.

He isn't just going to be handed a spot. I'd want him to have the mindset to come him and put his best foot forward.

I don't doubt he won't make it but I wouldn't also just say here don't worry about anything no matter what you are on the club.

Nothing is handed to anyone, I understand that. The pressure is enormous on this kid, as well as Flyers Management for making these trades. Even entertaining the thought of Schenn starting the season in the A would cause a Hornets nest.

You never know what's going to happen. Everyone expected Giroux to make the team but he would up going down for a while.

Very well could be very similar.

I'm not expecting him to play a first line role his first year at all. But insinuating that he may not make the team is being foolish imo. He will be afforded every opportunity and given a long leash.

Just checking out some things... My lord Skelleftea( Former flyer great prospect Sunshine's team ) is stacked no wonder they made it to finals.

On D alone, David Runblad (1st round pick in 09), Tim Erixon (1st round pick in 09), and Adam Larsson (who's gonna be a 1st round pick this year).

I understand your point about Giroux. But he was a draft pick, the Flyers had the benefit of the doubt letting him develop. They didn't trade the face of the franchise for Giroux.

Due to the circumstances, Schenn doesn't have time to develop playing in Adirondack.

Well Seguin who was taken 2nd last year has a 3.55 Cap hit. Gudbranson, who was chosen 3rd, hasn't been signed yet I believe.

In all fairness Schenn was more of a known player then Giroux and at this point in his career at least at the junior level is further along.
