Vancouver's series on the other hand has been soooooo entertaining....

Nash vs Colorado has probably been the best. Followed up by Kings Vegas...

A lot of the match ups aren't close but I guess its good to see the better teams take over. Makes the next round better.

The only series that has dissapointed is Philly vs Pitt. The rest have been good fun hockey even if the series have been lopsided.

A peg-legged pirate could count the close games on his toes. Last year we saw a lot of OT games and last minute finishes. This year, a lot of people get to tune out before the third period even starts. Not good for the NHL.
Without Vegas and LA, it is about as good as pre-season baseball.

I take it all you East fans have been watching the Crosby/Ovechkin show? Which has been pretty much the same old boring story since 2011. Vegas - LA was great, even with the low scoring. SJ - ANA has been meh. Although SJ is full power right now. COL - NSH has been super close every game and super fast paced. I didn't really catch any of Min - Peg lol, don't care. Of the East, best has been TBL - NJ all day. Hall is monster.

Actually their performance was way better than I expected. Any one of those games could have gone either way.

Not upset one bit. Kings weren’t expected to make playoffs.

Unlike you who expected way better out of your team and they failed pretty badly.

Early on it was way more exciting, it's been pretty blah the last week.

I would say slightly more exciting than normal. We've had the Battle of Pennsylvania, an expansion team just sweep an established one, and a Bos-Tor series, as well as Columbus and Washington that could all go seven games. The only series I would call boring because the from the first time I watched it, I knew who the better team was was the Jets vs. Wild. I didn't think the Golden Knights would sweep the Kings, but every game was decided by a goal.
