Liljegrn usually ends up as a decent 2nd pair guy. Ratcliffe and Frost never worked out for me on my Flyers campaign,(EA rosters suck), but Zadina is always worth taking in the 4 or 5 spot if you don't win a top 3 pick. He is easily converted to a center and becomes #ELITE more often than not. - Mordecai
We're in 2027 and currently have 3 franchise players at 96 95 and 93, all under 24. Goalie is 91 at age 25, and have a franchise potential at 78, age 23, and an elite at 68, age 19. It's a good time. |

Anyone else enjoy Hakstol benching Ghost, who (frank)ing killed it all game, in a tie game with 5 minutes left for Mac? Sanheim too for Hagg. Then MacDonald in OT to take crap shots.
Love playing for ties. Luv itt. |

Like I said, happy with the point.
Annoying though, after a sloppy OT, which followed Coots' post with 10 seconds left on a sick move. Jake's shootout choice was dumb. Coots came in and got stoned on a shot, G got laughed at by Bob on his stutter shot....have to deke him. But jake comes in and does his usual half ass shot. Ugh. |

Man Provorov and ghost controlled everything when they were out there. That was impressive. I’m here to learn from you. Your eye. The numbers. I want to know. |

That jake thingy has worked before.
Bob is all world... he is a generational talent. Pretty neat |

How is this not realistic? Trading 88 ovr players for a bad team's next 3 firsts then hoping they continue to be bad and win the lottery is totally solid.
That being said, we got super lucky twice. Won the lottery 2 years in a row with teams that just missed the playoffs - Giroux_Is_God

It's almost like Ghost CAN be a top pair d-man alongside Provorov and wreck poop and help Provy out too, who looked way more confident and active.
Maybe someone can dredge up a year old quote saying the same thing to leave me in shambles. |

oh yeah. ive fully come to terms with that.
i had my time in the sun. its hard to stay on top. they didnt really bring in any good parts to replace some decent ones. the big names are another year older and slower.
i will say though, i didnt expect the fall to be so extreme so fast. |

Love this version of Coots but not sure I would go with him in a shootout.
Long break before change to get a win again. |
